Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping Standard shipping is free on all orders to destinations available at checkout. No minimum purchase is required. Any optional expedited shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Order Processing: 1–2 business days.

United States — Free Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days after shipment.

United States — Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days after shipment. Available options and charges are shown at checkout.

Other Countries: 7–12 business days after shipment to destinations available at checkout.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Shipping transit times begin after shipment and do not include order processing. A tracking link will be emailed when your order ships.

Pre-orders & Special Items Estimated ship dates for pre-order, backordered, or otherwise specially noted items will be listed on the respective product pages.

Delays Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier operations, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Import Duties & Taxes

Our product prices and free shipping offer do not include import duties or import taxes, including VAT where applicable, unless expressly stated as included at checkout.

Any applicable import duties and taxes not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the destination customs authority or carrier before delivery. These charges vary according to the destination and local regulations.

Customs clearance service fees already covered by Glidify’s shipping arrangements will not be charged again by Glidify. Payment of these service fees does not include import duties or import taxes.
